There are 3 ways to find the IP address.
Method 1:
1.Reconnected the camera to a monitor
2.Then restart the camera.
3.After that, the IP address can be found on the upper left corner.
Method 2:
1. Please download upgrade v2.91
2. upgrade v2.91 -> upgrade v2.91> upgrade_standard.exe -> Language: choose English -> click “Search”
Method 3:
The IP address is visible on the small screen at the front of the camera
1) Log in to the ZowieCAM web page
2)Click 'Setting->Camera->Image->Start Calibration ,then manually twist the focus ring until it is completely sharp.
3)Then click 'End Calibration'on the web page.
The specific hardware versions and corresponding functions are as follows:
(1) Please use official NDI software, such as NDI monitor, to check whether the NDI source can be decoded normally.
(2) Please check whether the IP address displayed by the NDI source is in the same network segment as the IP address of ZowieBox.
