Medical grade AI 4K60 NDI encoder & decoder module, MediDVR Pro Lite – the new generation MediDVR, is a compact, cost-effective all-in-one IP video processing hardware. It integrates edge AI auto-tracking, bidirectional NDI®|HX3 streaming, multi-mode recording and full cross-terminal remote control, delivering complete surgical video capture and transmission solutions for medical integrators and OEM manufacturers.
MediDVR Pro Lite captures ultra-smooth 4K60 footage from endoscopes, arthroscopic cameras, surgical PTZ cameras, C-Arm fluoroscopy, ultrasound and all mainstream medical imaging equipment. It supports synchronous live streaming and local recording to TF MicroSD, USB flash drives, USB HDD or NAS network storage. Adjustable H.264 (max 200Mbps) / H.265 (max 120Mbps) encoding bitrates are available to balance storage space and medical image fidelity. It also features built-in multi-channel 5.1/7.1 surround audio processing, tunable microphone gain, alert buzzer and dual PVW/PGM RGB tally indicator for real-time production status feedback.
The MediDVR Pro Lite web dashboard displays real-time running metrics including encoding mode, NDI ID, IP address, CPU temperature and storage occupancy. Equipped with Gigabit LAN and Wi-Fi 6 dual-band network, it supports low-latency NDI, SRT, RTMP and RTSP multi-protocol streaming. Surgeons and medical trainees can remotely view live surgical footage via PC, iPad or mobile phones for off-site teaching, remote consultation and real procedure monitoring outside operating rooms.
MediDVR Pro Lite adopts true plug-and-play architecture with zero complicated setup and no specialized training required. Operators log into password-protected HTTPS ZowieUI web panel via smartphones, tablets or desktops to adjust parameters, trigger recording and snapshots, and browse archived patient files. Full HDMI 2.0b input & zero-latency loop-out compatibility enables seamless integration with nearly all surgical camera and medical monitor brands. It supports mDNS domain and Wi-Fi hotspot two ways of quick access without extra configuration.
Multi-mode power supply fully adapts all clinical layouts: PoE+ IEEE802.3at single cable power, standard USB-C PD adapter, and 5V–20V wide-range DC input to guarantee uninterrupted stable operation in any clinical environment. Beyond routine intraoperative recording, MediDVR Pro Lite covers minimally invasive surgery teaching, multi-camera live broadcast and cross-network medical training. It eliminates bulky capture workstations and outdated DVD/film archives. All surgical records can be safely stored on hospital private LAN and edited with mainstream third-party editing software. Built-in NDI Bridge expands cross-network live production workflows, with simultaneous RTMP/SRT push to YouTube, Twitter, Facebook social platforms.
MediDVR Pro Lite holds complete CE, FCC and EN60601 medical electrical safety certifications for stable, compliant deployment in all operating rooms and clinical areas.
