Currently, when VLC, NDI, OBS and other software do NDI encoding, the encoding format is mostly NDI|HB or Full NDI, ZowieBox does not support NDI|HB and Full NDI decoding as the specification, if you need to decode these NDI sources, please use the Bridge tool of NDI Tools to convert the NDI source to HX and then decode it.

1.Log in to the ZowieBox web console, click Setting->Streaming->Decoder, and make sure that no streams are decoded. The output format cannot be switched during decoding.

Different models of lenses require different working distances at different zoom ratios, otherwise it may lead to focusing failure, focus breathing and other phenomena.

AF mode camera is fine tuned focus at 1 meter object distance at factory. If you install a new M12 lens for the first time, you need to focus manually and then calibrate it.

2)Click 'Setting->Camera->Image->Start Calibration ,then manually twist the focus ring until it is completely sharp.

1. Please make sure that you do not use mDNS to log in to the webpage during the upgrade process. To ensure stability during the upgrade process, the mDNS function will be turned off after the upgrade is detected, resulting in upgrade failure.
2. When using a USB flash drive or TF card for upgrade, please make sure that the format of the USB flash drive and TF card used is FAT32 or exFAT, otherwise the device may not detect the USB flash drive and cause the upgrade failure.
